The Catechesis Institute partners with several organizations around the United States to support the renewal of Christian catechesis. These are not legal affiliations but partnerships united by a common mission to bolster church-based theological education and spiritual formation.

Anglican Catechist Training School

The Anglican Catechist Training School (ACTS) equips lay catechists to teach the essentials of the Christian faith to every follower of Jesus in our churches. Based out of the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin, ACTS offers online cohort classes that train laity to minister as catechists and lay leaders in the church today.

Brazos Fellows

Brazos Fellows is a nine-month residential fellowship in Waco, TX, that prepares women and men for lives of mature Christian discipleship. Through a unique combination of theological training, spiritual disciplines, vocational discernment, and shared life, fellows prepare for future study, work, and ministry.

Iona House

Iona House is a 71-acre center for contemplation and Christian formation located in Placerville, CA, designed in the spirit of a monastic abbey. It offers participants an opportunity to experience daily life in a rhythm of liturgical worship and prayer, silence and study, discussion and learning, and agricultural labor.

Center for Christian Studies

The Center for Christian Studies (based in Austin, TX) helps Christians better understand, practice, and pass on their faith by providing accessible and quality education to churches, church leaders, and individual Christians. Established by members of the Churches of Christ, CCS hosts the Journal of Christian Studies, Regnum Media publishing, Theological Tabletalk Podcast, and a wide range of video and in-person courses.

Robert Webber Center

The Robert E. Webber Center at Trinity School for Ministry (Ambridge, PA) is dedicated to critically reclaiming the wisdom of the ancient Christian tradition for the life and mission of the church today. In an increasingly secular, postmodern and post-Christian culture, the Webber Center seeks to retrieve those beliefs and practices that lie at the roots of the Christian tradition, that have stood the test of time, and that will nurture the life and health of the church in our day.
